Job summary

Elara Caring seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for Personal Care Services to deliver patient care across home settings in Poplar Bluff, Kennett, MO, and surrounding counties. This is a full-time role with up to 50% travel and no on-call or weekends.

Requires an accredited nursing degree, current RN license, and at least 1 year of clinical experience; hospice/home health experience is preferred. You report to the Clinical Supervisor; reliable transportation is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Certificate, Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate).
• Current State License as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum 1 year of clinical care experience; hospice or home health preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care across the continuum in home and personal care settings.
• Deliver high-quality nursing services under the supervision of a Clinical Supervisor.
• Maintain patient comfort, safety and accurate documentation; participate in ongoing care plans.

What is Required?
