Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Personal Care Services serving Poplar Bluff, MO and surrounding counties. You will deliver patient care in home settings, travel up to 50%, and report to the Clinical Supervisor.

Full-time, with a $1,000 sign-on bonus and strong support for ongoing education. The ideal candidate holds a nursing degree, an active RN license, and at least 1 year of clinical experience; hospice/home health experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Certificate, Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate).
• Current RN license in good standing.
• 1 year of clinical care experience.
• Hospice or home health experience preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care across the continuum in home health settings.
• Collaborate with Clinical Supervisor and care team to coordinate services.
• Document care provided and progress in patient records.

What is Required?
