Job description

This Registered Nurse (RN) role is based on a Medical Surgical Unit with a per diem schedule, primarily during the night shift.

Responsibilities include providing safe, compassionate, patient-centered care by assessing patients' psychosocial, emotional, spiritual, and diversity needs, and developing personalized care plans. The nurse coordinates interdisciplinary care, setting goals, treatment, and discharge plans aligned with patient and family needs.

Qualifications include a graduate of an accredited RN program, current Nevada nursing license, and BLS certification. Preferred candidates have one year of full-time or three years of part-time experience in acute care.
