Role Overview:

An Inpatient Registered Nurse in the Central Region Float Pool provides direct patient care, assessments, and develops individualized care plans in a clinical setting.

Conduct assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, coordinate discharge planning, administer treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment, and participate in quality and safety initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum one year of recent bedside experience, including float or travel nursing, with the ability to work day/night rotations across multiple hospitals. Proven clinical skills, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
