Role Overview:

This position is for a full-time Inpatient Registered Nurse in a float pool, providing direct patient care across multiple hospital locations.

Responsibilities include:

conducting assessments, addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, developing and implementing care plans, administering treatments and medications, evaluating intervention effectiveness, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshooting equipment, and participating in quality and safety initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate from a Specialty Training Program, with the ability to float between multiple facilities. Must be adaptable to rotating day/night shifts and weekends/holidays. Strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and patient advocacy skills are essential.
