Job summary

Role:

Inpatient Registered Nurse in a Float Pool, providing direct patient care in various hospital settings.

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer treatments and medications, and evaluate patient responses. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs. Participate in discharge planning, patient education, and quality improvement initiatives. Troubleshoot equipment issues and engage in evidence-based practice decision-making. Contribute to a safe, supportive environment focused on patient safety and organizational goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum one year of bedside experience, including float or travel nursing. Ability to work day/night rotations and rotate among multiple hospital locations. Graduate from a Specialty Training Program. Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and clinical skills. Knowledge of patient safety standards and healthcare policies.
