Job summary

Incredible Health is hiring a Registered Nurse – Pediatric Med Surg in the Waco, TX area. The role supports day and night shifts with full-time, part-time or per diem arrangements. Opportunities exist within a high-volume pediatric setting in accredited facilities.

Ideal candidates hold ADN or higher in nursing, an active RN license, and BLS, with AC LS/PALS preferred. Experience with pediatric equipment and strong communication with families are essential.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher in nursing
• Active and unencumbered RN license
• BLS certification
• 1+ years of pediatric experience preferred
• ACLS, PALS certification preferred
• Experience with pediatric medical equipment and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of healthcare professionals, children, and families

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Assess, plan, and provide care for patients aged 0-18
• Document all patient encounters accurately
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans
• Promote wellness and connect families with community resources

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
