Incredible Health is recruiting for a Registered Nurse - Pediatric ER in the Washington, DC area to care for young patients in urgent situations. The role offers day, night, and mid shifts with full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities to fit various schedules.

Ideal candidates will hold an ADN or higher nursing degree with an active RN license and preferred BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications. Pediatric ER experience and comfort with pediatric equipment strengthen applications.

Competenze

AT LEAST ADN OR HIGHER NURSING DEGREES.
ACTIVE AND UNENCUMBERED RN LICENSE.
BLS/ACLS/PALS CERTIFICATIONS PREFERRED.
1+ YEARS OF PEDIATRIC AND/OR ER EXPERIENCE PREFERRED.
EXPERIENCE WITH PEDIATRIC MEDICAL EQUIPMENT AND PROCEDURES.
EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS WITH ALL LEVELS OF HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS, CHILDREN, AND FAMILIES.

Mansioni

Serve as the first line of defense for young patients who require any type of urgent medical care
Treat pediatric patients who are suffering from trauma, injury or severe medical conditions
Quickly assess patients' needs and prioritize care
Monitor patient health conditions, administer medications and other treatments, and operate and maintain medical equipment
Participate in code blue and other emergency situations
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans, determining whether a patient should be discharged or arranged for a longer hospital stay
Educate patients, including children and adolescents, and their families about the patient’s condition and care plan

Qualifications
