Job summary

Incredible Health in Grand Blanc, MI is actively seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the PCU/Stepdown unit. This role supports patients with medium to high acuity, including post cardiac care and neurology, with day or night shifts, and options for full-time, part-time or per diem.

You will hold an ADN or higher, an active RN license, BLS and ACLS, and demonstrate strong hemodynamic monitoring and EMR proficiency.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher in nursing and an active RN license.
• 1 year of stepdown/progressive or medium-high acuity setting preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
• Strong skills in hemodynamic monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation.
• Proficient in electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care for medium to high acuity patients, monitoring vital signs and IV drips.
• Administer medications and implement complex treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, case managers and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and families on management of acute or chronic conditions and equipment use.
• Maintain timely, accurate patient records following hospital policies.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Bariatric, BiPap monitoring, COVID, CVA, Cardiac Drip Management, DKA patients, High acuity patients, Post cardiac intervention, or Sheath pulls.
