Incredible Health is actively recruiting a Registered Nurse - PCU/Stepdown in Grand Blanc, MI. ADN or higher, active RN license, and 1 year in stepdown/high-acuity care are preferred. BLS and ACLS are required, with strong EMR proficiency and hemodynamic monitoring essential.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Bariatric, BiPap monitoring, COVID, CVA, Cardiac Drip Management, DKA patients, High acuity patients, Post cardiac intervention, or Sheath pulls.
