Job summary

BayCare Staffing Resource Office in Clearwater is seeking RN clinicians for the Seasonal Pool to cover the Progressive Care Unit. The role supports November–March assignments with 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM shifts and every-other weekend coverage.

Eligibility requires Florida residency outside restricted counties and annual revalidation of documents. Qualifications include an RN license, 2 years RN PCU experience, and BLS/ACLS certifications.

The Staffing Resource Office (SRO) offers 13–26-week seasonal assignments.

SRO Seasonal Pool team members work November – March to cover seasonal volume.

Eligibility:

• Seasonal Pool requires a team member’s residency to be outside the state of Florida or outside certain prohibited Florida counties.
• Eligibility criteria are re-evaluated every six months.
• Eligibility documents must be produced and validated every year.

Requirements:

• RN (Registered Nurse) License
• Diploma, Associate’s degree, Bachelor's degree, or higher degree in Nursing
• 2 years of current RN experience in an acute PCU-Progressive Care Unit setting
• BLS certification with the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
• ACLS certification with the American Heart Association
