Job summary

Mercy Fitzgerald, a member of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our PCU team. The RN delivers patient care across assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation with delegation to the healthcare team.

You will work a 12-hour day shift, 0.9 FTE (36 hours per week), 7a-7:30p, with every other weekend. Current PA RN license and BSN preferred; orientation covers BCLS/ACLS as applicable.

Qualifications

• BSN or BS/BA degree in Nursing required.
• Current RN Pennsylvania State License required.
• Current BCLS required or obtained by completion of orientation.
• ACLS required or obtained by completion of orientation if Applicable to Area of Practice.
• Previous ICU experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrates ability to use problem solving, critical thinking and priority setting skills.
• Ability to perform diversified duties with time constraints with a high degree of accuracy.
• Prior clinical experience preferred.
