Job summary

Mercy Fitzgerald, a member of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our nursing team on the PCU. The RN ensures assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care while delegating tasks to the healthcare team.

This full-time role offers a 0.9 FTE schedule (36 hours/week) with shift 7a-730p, every other weekend, in a supportive, mission-driven environment. Minimum requirements include a BSN or BA in Nursing, an active PA RN license, and BCLS; ACLS as

Qualifications

• BSN or BS/BA degree in Nursing required.
• Current RN Pennsylvania State License required.
• BCLS required or obtained by orientation.
• ACLS required or obtained by orientation if Applicable to Area of Practice.
• Previous ICU experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; problem solving and priority setting required.
• Ability to perform diversified duties with time constraints with high accuracy.
• Prior clinical experience preferred.
