• Coordinate unit-to-unit transfers to facilitate bed availability.
• Assess and communicate patient flow across ER, OR, CVOR, PACU and external transfers.
• Collaborate with care team leaders to ensure safe transfers and appropriate bed placement.
• Maintain compliance with EMTALA guidelines and Wellstar policies.
