Job summary

• Ongoing communication with patients, nursing colleagues and health care team regarding patient status and treatment plans.
• Responsible for patient satisfaction and care experience according to standards.
• Medication administration using latest documentation technology to ensure safe delivery.
• Provide patient and family centered care to optimize health and disease management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to manage plan of care from admission to discharge.
