Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license is required.
• AHA BLS/CPR certification is required.
• BSN is strongly preferred or must be obtained within 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of nursing practices according to evidence-based research and standards of care to provide patient-centered care.
• Ongoing communication with patients, nursing colleagues and health care team regarding patient status and care plans.
• Ensure optimal patient and family satisfaction and care experience per Hackensack Meridian Health standards.
• Administer medications using the latest clinical documentation technology to ensure safe delivery.
• Provide patient and family centered care aimed at optimizing health and disease management.
• Collaborate interdisciplinary in managing the plan of care from admission to discharge.

Education
