Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Registered Nurse in New Jersey to deliver safe, patient-centered care and collaborate with a diverse care team. Requires NJ RN license and BLS/CPR; BSN preferred or pursued within 3 years; minimum six months nursing experience or current Nurse Residency involvement.

Qualifications

• Current and valid New Jersey Registered Professional Nurse license.
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification.
• BSN strongly preferred or must obtain within 3 years.
• Six months of nursing experience or active Hackensack Meridian Health Nurse Residency Program participant.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care according to evidence-based practice and standards of care.
• Maintain ongoing communication with patients, families, and health-care team.
• Ensure patient satisfaction and quality care per hospital standards.
• Administer medications using current clinical documentation technology.
• Provide patient- and family-centered care to promote health and disease management.
• Collaborate across disciplines to manage care plans from admission to discharge.
