Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Registered Nurse in New Jersey to deliver evidence-based nursing care and coordinate treatment plans for diverse patients. You will communicate with the healthcare team and patients to ensure safe, high-quality care and patient satisfaction.

A BSN is preferred or must be obtained within 3 years, with at least 6 months of nursing experience or Nurse Residency involvement.

Qualificações

• Current and valid New Jersey Registered Professional Nurse license.
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification.
• BSN strongly preferred or must obtain within 3 years.
• Six months or more of nursing experience or active Nurse Residency Program participation.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing patient needs, strong accountability, teamwork and commitment to high-quality patient care.

Responsabilidades

• Delivery of nursing practices according to evidence-based research, policies and standards to provide safe, patient-centered care for a diverse population.
• Ongoing communication with patients, nursing colleagues, and other health care team members regarding patient status, care and treatment plans.
• Ensure optimal patient/guest satisfaction and care experience.
• Medication administration using current documentation technology to ensure safe delivery of medications.
• Provide patient and family-centered care to optimize health, wellness and disease management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to manage patient plans from admission to discharge.

Formação académica

New Jersey RN license

BSN preferred

BLS/CPR certification

6+ months nursing experience or Nurse Residency Program participant
