Qualifications

• Current and valid New Jersey Registered Professional Nurse license.
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification.
• BSN strongly preferred or must obtain within 3 years.
• 1 year of RN experience required.

Responsabilités

• Delivery of nursing practices according to evidence-based research, nursing policies, and standards of care to provide safe, patient-centered care for a diverse population.
• Ongoing communication with patients, nursing colleagues, and other members of the health care team regarding patient status, care, and treatment plans.
• Responsible for optimal patient/guest satisfaction and care experience according to Hackensack Meridian Health standards.
• Medication administration utilizing the latest clinical documentation technology to ensure safe delivery of medications.
• Patient and family-centered care aimed at optimizing health, wellness, and disease management.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration in managing the plan of care from admission to discharge to ensure safe transitions.
