Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care and to coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team. The role focuses on expanding knowledge, delivering high-quality care, and guiding other caregivers through delegation and evaluation.

Candidates must have a nursing license, with a BSN in progress or plan within three years, and at least six months of relevant nursing experience or participation in the Nurse Residency Program.

Qualifications

• Current RN license valid to work at the hire location.
• BLS/CPR certification within 60 days of hire.
• Six months of nursing experience or active Nurse Residency participation.
• BSN within five years of hire per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to a variety of complex patients as part of the interdisciplinary team.
• Delegate, validate, evaluate, and coordinate patient care with other caregivers.
• Coordinate patient care activities among nursing peers, physicians and support services.
