Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking an RN Clinical Nurse to join an interdisciplinary care team in Georgia. You will deliver patient-centered care, coordinate with Nurse Managers, and uphold evidence-based practice and professional standards.

The role requires licensure as a RN in Georgia (or compact state), 5+ years of direct patient care experience, and BLS certification. You will contribute to shared governance, safety goals and continuous improvement in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Completion of accredited nursing program with required clinical hours.
• RN license (GA or compact) required upon hire.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure safety and quality.
• Provides patient and family education and supports care plans aligned with practice standards.
• Participates in governance, quality improvement and professional development activities.

Education

Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing – Preferred
