Job summary

Wellstar Health Systems, Inc. is looking for an experienced RN Clinical Nurse to join an interdisciplinary team delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in Georgia. You will practice under nurse managers within a governance model, following professional standards and ethics.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, coordinating care, and contributing to evidence-based practice while ensuring safety, efficiency, and compassionate service for patients and families.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or diploma in nursing (RN) or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of licensed RN experience with direct patient care.
• Active RN license and current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Provide patient-centered care with respect to cultural and individual needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and documentation.
• Participate in evidence-based practice and quality improvement initiatives.
