Formación

• RN must have at least 5 years of direct patient care experience.
• Preferred RN with single-state licensure or multi-state compact (e.g., nurse compact).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to support an interdisciplinary team.

Responsabilidades

• Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) with evidence-based practice.
• Coordinate safe, high-quality patient care and family communication.
• Serve as a preceptor/mentor and support shared governance and performance improvement.
• Uphold policies, regulatory requirements, and standards to ensure patient safety.
