You will develop individualized care plans, educate patients and families, and collaborate with interprofessional teams to improve safety and quality of care.

The role requires a Specialized Diploma in Nursing, PA RN license, and BLS; BSN strongly preferred, with opportunities for growth within a large teaching system.

Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• RN license in Pennsylvania (PA).
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Integrates evidence-based practice and clinical expertise to deliver patient-centered care.
• Partners with patients and families to identify learning needs and provide education.
• Minimizes risk by following established nursing practices and protocols.
