Job summary

Jefferson Health Northeast is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care using the nursing process. You will develop and implement care plans with patients and families, coordinating with the care team to meet individual needs.

Qualified candidates will have an active PA RN license, preferably a BSN, and experience in an acute care setting. The role is on-site at our Philadelphia facility with rotating shifts and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma/BSN preferred or in progress.
• Active RN license in Pennsylvania required.
• Able to apply nursing process to diverse patient populations.
• Knowledge of patient education and discharge planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using evidence-based nursing practices.
• Develop and update individualized care plans with patients and families.
