Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join a multidisciplinary team delivering patient-centered nursing and rehabilitation services. You will support the Unit Manager, ensure medications and treatments are delivered as ordered, and complete required documentation to meet state and federal guidelines.

The role emphasizes patient advocacy, collaboration across teams, and maintaining high clinical standards while managing a busy care environment in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved RN program.
• Current with all Continuing Education (CE) requirements.
• Perform clinical care professionally.
• Serve as patient advocate and role model to other Team Members.
• Deliver patient care with minimal disruptions and obstacles.
• Ability to effectively work on a multidisciplinary team.
• Endurance to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift, push and pull a minimum of 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing and rehabilitation services.
• Support the Unit Manager to maintain clinical standards and patient experience.
• Provide the highest level of service to patients, families, and visitors.
• Ensure all residents receive medications, treatments, and nursing care as ordered.
• Complete all required documentation per state/federal guidelines.
