Qualifications

• Familiarity with basic life support (BLS).

Responsibilities

• Identify learning needs with patients and families and provide education.
• Use health IT to communicate, document, and monitor care outcomes.
• Collaborate within nursing and inter-professional teams to ensure safe, coordinated care.
• Support learning and act as a primary preceptor for staff when appropriate.
• Participate in safety and quality improvement committees.
