Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited nursing program is required.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care and cultural sensitivity.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff.
• Knowledge of discharge planning and post-discharge needs.
• Familiarity with health information documentation and safety protocols.
• Understanding of nursing care plans and clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process to address physical, emotional, and social needs.
• Develop care plans with patients and designated care partners aligned with values and culture.
• Collaborate with inter-professional teams to ensure quality, safe patient care.
