Responsibilities

• Performs all aspects of patient care by utilizing evidence based practice to optimize patient safety.
• Follows the six medication rights and administers medications per patient condition.
• States rationale for clinical decisions based on critical thinking.
• Assesses, analyzes and integrates data to plan care across nursing domains.
• Identifies patient care needs and updates the care plan accordingly.
• Involves patient and family in planning and education.
