Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Georgia and eligibility to practice in the state.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing process with assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Provide patient-centered care tailored to age, gender, disease, and cultural needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.
• Participate in performance improvement and evidence-based practice activities.
• Support documentation, protocols, and care plans; promote patient safety and education.
