Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing with Ohio RN licensure.
• Current AHA BLS for healthcare provider certification, or obtain within 90 days.
• Preferred BSN; CNOR certification preferred for OR or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, document and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Direct activities of assigned nursing personnel in care delivery.
• Observe, assess and report patient condition; document care accurately.
