Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain documentation reflecting patient condition, treatment and response.

Responsibilities

• Plans for, delivers, documents and evaluates nursing care in assigned area per orders and standards.
• Directs activities of assigned nursing personnel and maintains timely documentation.
• Observes, assesses and reports on patient condition; communicates with the care team.
