MetroHealth is seeking a registered nurse to plan, deliver, document and evaluate care for patients in an assigned area. The role includes directing assigned nursing staff, observing and reporting patient conditions, and ensuring care aligns with established standards and the system's mission and values.

The ideal candidate will have Ohio RN licensure, BLS certification, and preferably a BSN. PRN/float options and varied shifts may apply, with a commitment to high-quality patient care.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current Ohio RN licensure.
• BLS for Healthcare Provider (obtain within 90 days of hire).

Responsabilidades

• Plan, deliver, document and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients per provider orders and standards.
• Direct activities of assigned nursing personnel and coordinate care.
• Observe, assess and report patient conditions; maintain timely documentation.
• Uphold The MetroHealth System mission, vision, values and customer service standards.
