Job summary

Atlantic Health Hackettstown Medical Center in New Jersey is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a multidisciplinary team caring for patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities. You will monitor patients, administer medications, educate patients, and document care as part of a dedicated nursing staff.

The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, active RN licensure in the state, and BLS certification. ACLS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate, complete health care records and reports.
• Administers medications to patients and monitors them for side effects and reactions.
• Prescribes assistive medical devices and related treatments.
• Monitors, reports, and records symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
• Assesses, implements, plans, or evaluates patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members.
• Records patient vital signs and medical information.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education
