Job summary

Atlantic Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse to work with healthcare professionals in treating patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities. You will monitor patients, administer medications, maintain records, and educate patients as part of a collaborative care team.

The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, current RN licensure in New Jersey, and BLS certification. Preferred candidates may have a BSN or higher, ACLS certification, and 1+ year of nursing

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate, complete health care records and reports.
• Administers medications to patients and monitors them for side effects and reactions.
• Prescribes assistive medical devices and related treatments.
• Monitors, reports, and records symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
• Assesses, implements, plans, or evaluates patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members.
• Records patient vital signs and medical information.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
