Job summary

La Red Health Center Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate patient care, educate patients and families, and provide empathetic support in a clinical setting.

The RN will work with providers and health staff on routine and complex nursing care, patient flow, and recordkeeping. The role requires state licensure as a registered nurse in Delaware, CPR/BLS certification, and a minimum of one year of professional nursing experience, preferably in a clinic or physician’s office.

Qualifications

• RN from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Minimum of one year of professional nursing experience, clinic or physician’s office preferred.
• Delaware RN License
• CPR/BLS certification required

Responsibilities

• Conduct and document nursing assessments using the nursing process.
• Establish and document nursing diagnoses and care plans.
• Provide and coordinate nursing interventions and patient care under supervision.
• Document nursing interventions and client outcomes; ensure timely communication with health team.
• Ensure patient education and safety, and support families as needed.
