Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates team activity toward patient centered care.
• Supervises nursing personnel and medical assistants in the designated health center to ensure patient needs and quality of care.
• Maintains and reviews patient clinical records and interprets data for care decisions.
• Plans and coordinates patient care with various services to meet patient needs.
• Responds to and refers patients and families regarding treatment and education.
• Assess and direct emergencies and provide phlebotomy and IV therapy as needed.
