Beebe Healthcare in Delaware is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care through assessment, planning, and evaluation in line with hospital policies and the Nurse Practice Act. The RN will lead in patient education, triage, delegation, and mentorship, acting as liaison between clinical staff and leadership to promote safe workflows and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• RN Diploma and/or active completion of an RN degree program.
• Essential credentials include RN license in Delaware or Compact State and BLS.

Responsibilities

• Triages patients and uses clinical judgement to implement nursing interventions in a timely manner.
• Delegates elements of care to appropriate healthcare workers in accordance with state rules.
• Acts as a preceptor and mentor for other licensed and unlicensed staff.
• Develops, implements, and evaluates care plans with patient and families.
• Administers medications per policy.
• Collects and analyzes assessment data to identify nursing diagnoses and outcomes.
• Promotes safety and efficient workflows by coordinating policies.
• Communicates with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Advocates for clients.
