Beebe Healthcare in Delaware is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care, perform assessments, develop and implement plans of care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across Beebe offices and clinics.

The RN will demonstrate leadership, mentor staff, triage patients, educate families, and advocate for safe, efficient workflows while upholding Beebe’s mission and the state nursing rules.

Qualifications

• RN Diploma or degree program completion.
• Current registered nurse license in Delaware or compact state.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Triages patients and uses clinical judgement to implement nursing interventions.
• Delegates care elements per policy and acts as mentor for staff.
• Develops and evaluates care plans, provides patient education.
• Administers medications per policy and ensures safety.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to promote safe workflows.
