Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtain and record initial assessment, set priorities based on patient age, symptoms, and psychosocial needs.
• Reassess patients to identify progress and when interventions are needed.
• Perform and document timely interventions; respond to emergencies.
• Coordinate team assignments and delegate tasks; ensure quality and completeness.
• Support orientation of new staff and maintain a safe environment.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and abide by policies.
