Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtain and record initial assessment and priorities by patient age, symptoms, and psychosocial needs.
• Reassess patients to identify progress requiring intervention.
• Implement timely interventions and document outcomes.
• Coordinate team assignments and delegate patient care tasks.
• Participate in orientation of new staff and unit quality improvement.
