The RN will coordinate care across disciplines, follow orders, assist with discharge planning, and perform comprehensive assessments including physiological, psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors to guide patient care.

• Conducts initial, re-assessment, and focused assessments based on patient condition.
