Job summary

Tenet Healthcare’s St. Marys Hospital in Tucson, AZ is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse. The RN will provide direct patient care in alignment with hospital policies, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, and support discharge planning to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required.
• One (1) year of RN experience is preferred.
• Arizona Nursing License or compact state license with ability to obtain AZ license within 30 days.
• BLS certification is required.
• ACLS/ALCS or other department-specific certifications as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per established policies and protocols.
• Coordinate care with multiple disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Document physician and nursing orders and monitor patient conditions.
• Coordinate discharge planning with the healthcare team.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop/adjust care plans.
• Ensure medication administration and patient/family education.
• Evaluate patient status and update care plans accordingly.
