Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN school.
• Proficient in English, verbal and written communication skills and computer skills.
• Current Louisiana State license as LPN and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Observes, records and reports patient condition to physician.
• Performs nursing duties: documenting patient history, vital signs, immunizations and allergies.
• Coordinates care: scheduling appointments, chart management, referrals and patient Instructions.
• Prepares exam room and assists physician during examination, treatment and testing.
• Adheres to safety, quality assurance, and infection control standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
