Job summary

Dublin Post Acute in Dublin, OH is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality resident care on day and night shifts, with rotating weekends. You will assess, plan, administer medications, monitor conditions, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to maintain safe, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current, active Registered Nurse license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans.

Dublin Post Acute Location: Dublin,OH Position Type: RN Part-Time Day & Night Shift (Rotating weekend shift) Hours: Day 7:00am – 7:00pm - Night 7:00pm- 7:00am

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to physicians and appropriate team members.
• Supervise and support LVNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to resident emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Participate in shift reports, care conferences, and quality improvement activities.
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Promote a positive, resident-centered environment focused on quality care and customer service.

Education & Licensure

• Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.

Experience

• Previous experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care preferred.
• Experience supervising nursing staff preferred.

• Ability to assist residents and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
