Job summary

LifeBridge Health is seeking a registered nurse to provide direct clinical patient care under the unit manager's direction. The role involves assessing, planning, and delivering age-appropriate care per shift and supervising staff to ensure safe, high-quality nursing.

You will support the CNO in maintaining competency and efficient resource use. Qualified candidates hold a Maryland RN license or eligibility and current BLS.

Qualifications

• Maryland RN license or eligibility to obtain Maryland license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Nursing degree required

Summary: Under the direction of the unit manager, this role provides direct clinical patient care. The role will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct age-appropriate clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. The role is accountable to support CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.

Pay Range: $37.15 to $58.33 Based On Experience
