LifeBridge Health in Maryland is seeking a registered nurse to provide direct clinical patient care under the direction of the unit manager. You will assess, plan, and implement age-appropriate nursing care for assigned patients on a per-shift basis and supervise staff to ensure safe, high-quality care and proper resource use.

Under the direction of the unit manager, this role provides direct clinical patient care. The role will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct age-appropriate clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. The role is accountable to support CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.

Pay Range: $37.15 to $58.33 Based On Experience
