Join Exeter Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, in Exeter, NH, as a Registered Nurse in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit. The six-bed PACU provides Phase I recovery to over 4,000 patients yearly, with nurses delivering professional care and coordinating discharge planning with other disciplines.

Qualifications

• NH state RN license or compact state license required
• BCLS certification required or within 30 days of hire
• CPAN or CAPA certification preferred
• BSN preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for patients in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit.
• Coordinate care planning with other disciplines during recovery from anesthesia.
• Support unit operations and patient flow for a six-bed PACU serving 4000+ patients per year

The Post Anesthesia Care Unit is a six-bed facility that provides Phase I recovery to over 4000 patients a year. Nurses provide professional nursing care and coordinate care planning with other disciplines for patients recovering from anesthesia.

Requirements

• RN license - N.H. state or any other compact state.
• Minimum 1-year prior PACU or critical care experience preferred
• BCLS certified or within 30 days of hire
• CPAN or CAPA certification preferred
• BSN preferred
