2-10 day shifts, Mon-Fri, including call requirements

Responsibilities include:

Providing safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to diverse patient populations, utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate care plans. Involving patients and families as appropriate, maintaining regulatory compliance, and taking responsibility for care outcomes. Guiding unlicensed staff and collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure continuity and optimal outcomes.

Qualifications:

Graduate of a state-approved nursing program; BSN preferred. Valid IL RN license and CPR/BLS certification required. Six months RN experience in a similar role is preferred. Basic computer skills are necessary.
