Job summary

Franciscan Health Lafayette East Campus in Lafayette, Indiana is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care. The position supports a faith-based, mission-focused environment with typical 1:1 patient ratios and a .45 day (18 hours per week) shift.

Start pay begins at $34 per hour, with professional development opportunities and a dedicated nursing team. The RN will develop and implement plans of care, monitor and reassess patients, and collaborate with the care team to deliver

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Nursing or patient care is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• RN license in the state of practice is required.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required.
• ACLS certification required if the unit requires it.
• PALS certification required if the unit requires it.
• NRP certification required if the unit requires it.
• Unit-specific certifications may be required by the unit.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Required Associate’s Degree Nursing/Patient Care
• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree Nursing/Patient Care
• Registered Nurse (RN) - State Licensing Board in state of practice
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association Required if required by unit
• Unit Specific Certifications - Franciscan Alliance Required if required by unit
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - American Heart Association Required if required by unit
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) - The American Academy of Pediatrics Required if required by unit
